O.P.D. - AYURVEDA
The O.P.D. is a part of Patanjali Ayurveda Hospital which is attached with Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan avam Anusandhan Sansthan (Patanjali Ayurveda College). Patanjali Ayurved Chikitsalaya has world’s largest O.P.D. of capacity of six to ten thousand patients per day. Thirty four well equipped chambers have been arranged to sit Vaidyas (Ayurvedacharya/ B.A.M.S./ M.D. doctors), on the ground floor of Block-A(Sadhbhawna) of PatanjaliYogpeeth-I.The O.P.D. has following Seven sections :
1.Kaya Chikitsa
2. Stri Avam Prasuti Rog
3 .Bal Roga
4.Shalya
5.Shalakya
6. Panchkarma
7. Swasthyarakshan
Computerised registration facility has been made inside the O.P.D. to maintain records of patients
for long time and thereby conduct Ayurveda research. Presently around two thousand patients of
different incurable &curable diseases visit this O.P.D. everyday.
Timing of O.P.D.- Ayurveda
About 40 able and experienced Vaidyas (Ayurvedacharyas/ Doctors having B.A.M.S./ M.D. degrees) render their services in O.P.D.- Ayurveda of Patanjali Yogpeeth- I from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. in all seven days of a week.
